    ๐Ÿ”บ2 lbs of Jennie-O’s 93% lean turkey
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 red pepper
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 green pepper
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 orange pepper
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 red onion
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 white onion
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/3 tbsp minced garlic
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 tsp paprika
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/2 tsp garlic salt
    ๐Ÿ”บ1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    ๐Ÿ”บ1 large egg
    ๐Ÿ”บ2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    ๐Ÿ”ปsalt & pepper to taste, mix all ingredients in a bowl, place in meatloaf pan, bake on 350ยฐ for 90mins (1:30hrs). 5 minutes before times up, add tomato sauce (or ketchup) to the top!

  9. Never been a runner, as a matter of fact, I HATE RUNNING! But I decided to give a 5K a try. 2 months ago I could barely do 1 mile… 2 weeks ago I said “fuck it, let’s try a 5K (3.10 miles)”… I finished it non stop at 38:38 minutes.. Tried last week again, improved my time to 37:02 minutes and today I tried for the third time and improved my time AGAIN… 36:48 mins… Goes to show you that you can do ANYTHING that you put your MIND to!! Now I will keep practicing and hopefully sign up for my first 5K run in Miami! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿƒ
